Since cultural agility is a life-long quest, it is something that I’m constantly working on in both my personal and professional life. I find it helpful to write about my own cultural agility journey, for a variety of reasons. Doing so allows me to have some space for reflection and my journey and to document my struggles and growth along the way. It also allows me to share my journey with others, which provides me with a community that can support me in my journey to become more culturally agile.
Below you will find links, which I will add to over time, to spaces in which I’ve written about aspects of my own journey to become more culturally agile.
